So Monster-Mania came and went.. and it's bittersweet that it's over.
The bitter is that I had an amazing time and didn't want it to end.. the sweet is that I don't have to spend an hour and a half each night scrubbing blue paint off and peeling ice crystals off my skin.. ouch.
I met a ton of really awesome people, fans, celebrities, artists, vendors, you name it.. I had very few issues with people and cannot wait to do it again in August.
I have to thank my makeup artist Tony from Anatomy FX for doing a kickass job on the makeup every day. It was about an hour to get all of the makeup on (he works fast!) and then like I said, an hour and a half to get it off. His booth was one of the coolest ones there since he had severed heads, and latex prosthetics and such.. just really cool layout.
Another thank you goes out to Miss J. Isobel De Lisle

for her fantastic photo work as always. She ran around with a gashed throat that everyone had to stop and stare at.. no one could figure out how it was attached, so that made it all the better. She also did 99.9% of the professional photos of me from the show since hey, we were sort of a package deal.
At one point on Saturday we couldn't move 2 feet in the lobby without being in a photo with someone. It was exhausting, but fun. I felt sort of like a character at Disney World, minus the bodyguard that regulated the crowd.. which we could have used since we were so surrounded at one point.
Off I go now, more pictures will be added later on..
Check

and I out at the August Monster-Mania Convention in Cherry Hill, NJ.. I'll be walking around as a reptile woman of sorts.. costume is still in the brainstorming process!
